Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the smartphone application (the “App”) provided by RandsApp (the “Operator”). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Paid Services)
Users may access paid services, such as ad removal and additional features (the “Subscription”), by paying the prescribed fees.
The fees and duration of the Subscription are as displayed on the purchase screen.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the Subscription will automatically renew, and charges will apply.
All payments are processed through the user’s Apple ID account.
Article 3 (Cancellation and Refunds)
To cancel a Subscription, users must manage it through their iOS “Settings” app (Apple ID settings). Please note that simply deleting (uninstalling) the App does not cancel the Subscription.
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer cancellations or refunds after a purchase has been made. No pro-rated refunds will be provided for duplicate purchases or for cancellations made during the middle of a billing cycle.
Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the App:
Analyzing, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the App.
Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Operator or any third party.
Engaging in acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Operator does not guarantee the completeness, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App.
The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user or any third party arising from the use of the App.
The Operator shall not be held responsible for the inability to use the App due to device failure, OS updates, or communication environment issues.
Article 6 (Changes to Terms)
The Operator may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary. The modified Terms shall become effective at the time they are posted within the App or on the official website.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Operator.
