This section describes how to deal with problems that occur with the StikyNote application.
Widget no longer updates after iPhone update
If the widget does not reflect the contents of the note, or the widget appears blank or black, please try the following.
In most cases, the widget will be displayed correctly by following the steps below.
- Restart the iPhone (press and hold the power and volume buttons at the same time to exit and the power button long press to start up)
- Launch the StickyNote application once.
- Wait about 30 seconds.
- Check if the widget is updated
StikyNote app does not appear on the widget selection screen
Immediately after installation, the widget will not appear on the widget selection screen until the application is launched once. This is a specification of the iPhone side.
Also, please try the following steps to fix a bug on your iPhone that may prevent the widget from being displayed.
The following procedure may fix the problem.
- Launch the StikyNote application once
